include() page problem

Hello

I have mySQL download counter, in "Add url" I put "http://fr0stx.net/fonts/brooklyn.zip". The download counter variable is "download.php?action=3"

I put it in case statement:

case "3":
@include( "http://www.fr0stx.net/download.php?action=3" );
break;

So it's "?x=3" (My default variable is "x")

When I click it "?x=3" in my fonts download and its "target="_self" then it loads in page, suddenly opens a new window with blank background and pop up download. I couldn't figure out and tried without "target=", its still not working.. Anyone know?

What's the problem? 🙁

However it does say it should work in an example. But it must be configured to work that way.
