I am currently in the process of developing a site where users will need to complete a long survey. I would prefer to not have to code everything, as that would be very time consuming, but would rather find some sort of script that is already out there. Does anyone know of any script that has these features?
User registration, authentification, etc.
Completely configurable survey with a backend that would allow an administrator to review and/or change answers.
