any method to tell a frame to jump to other URL?

I have a php file (at bottom frame) and at the end of the execution, i have add header:location to tell the main frame to jump to other page. Is there any argument attached to this function so that I can tell php to jump to the URL in the main frame?

No, what you're asking for has to be done at the client end - by the browser (it's HTML, not HTTP).
