help with 'include_path'

I'm having difficulty with my 'include_path' command. It's acting real wierd. It's pointing to a directory folder that dosen't even exist.

Warning: main(): Failed opening 'template.inc' for inclusion (include_path=':C:/Program Files/Apache Group/Apache2/htdocs/phplib/WUHKWHK:.;c:\php4\pear')

c:\php4\pear is no longer on my machine...it probably was at one point, but that shouldn't say that cause its gone now. So how do I fix this?

The include_path directive in php.ini would be the first place to look, but that won't stop PHP from finding a file.

everysingle php.ini file on my machine has

; Windows: "\path1;\path2"
; include_path = ".;c:\php\includes"

perhaphs the problem is somwhere else, or do I have to include an additional path?

What happens to the path PHP searches when you uncomment that?

That was half the problem (leaving it commented), the other half was not noticing to call my path to the PHPLIB location.
