Show domain name on page...

Hi people,

Could anyone help with this please? Im not actually sure if its possible, It would be with php.. but with just a standard html file... possibly with javascript?

Im looking to get something which would display the domain name from just a .html file, which when uploaded to a site (e.g. domain.com) it would say "welcome to domain.com" or simular..

Cant use php for this though... needs to be a .html file (and without using custom mime types)
