[Resolved] Possible to insert data into a .pdf file?

Is it possible to pass information into a pdf file? I have a business form (a pdf) that i want to use data the user has entered previously to fill in fields and then allow the user to print. Is this possible? and if so can you point me in the right direction?

Okay i have done some more research and found the FPDF class. According to their tutorial you can insert data into a .pdf via php. Now is it possible to do with without creating a new .pdf? I mean can i open a .pdf that has data already in it and then run the add text command? Thanks, i will continue to research this on my own, but i could really use some example code...

OKay i have seen a few threads on this board with the same question as mine. so the answer is:

As of 11.10.03 FPDF does not support importing currently existing pdfs as templates.
