PHP Contact form

The following contact forms works. However, If you fill it out and click send the receiver only gets a blank email entitled "Nobody."

Has anyone got any idea why it would send empty emails?

could it have something to do with the calling of the PHP_SELF? maybe it was just a typing error of yours here, but you put pHP_SELF. and as far as i know, its case-sensitive.

Nope, fixing that typo didn't help it. Perhaps there is some else wrong? And, I don't know enough about PHP & MySQL to troubleshoot.

Take a look at the mail() command again, doesn't the 'From' part have to be separate from the rest...
For example, on a page I put together I used this after the user submits the form:

So you see the "From: $Email" has quotes around itself.

that require line isnt needed unless you have a thanks.php page.

Take that out of the script and try again

Does anyone know how I can recreate this same "Contact Form" in HTML?

I mean, the guy who wrote this MySQL db /PHP Contact Form can't even fix it. Doesn't know how?
