i still can't move forums - please seriously help

i tried doing the backup database on one forum and restore database on another and it gives me the same errors

well u might start by telling us more like what forum? what type of database? oracle, mysql, postgre, access or mixture???? and other general stuff like how u are currently importing exporting, local or remote. then we may be able to help.
