How many times does it need to be explained? Unless there is someone here who can act as a representative of an Indian telecommunications company whom you can consult with, then no, there is no-one here who can help you.
You have to go out and find what is available and once you know what you'll be doing - and that depends entirely on what you find offered - then we might be able to help with how.
