PHP Web Hosting

Hi there,
I'm currently a web host providing PHP/CGI hosting, and wondered if anyone knew of a script or had ideas about how to write a script that could load an advertisement into every directory for each free hosted user.

Much like Lycos. Ie. when a user uploads a file, it remains the same, but when the page is requested, a script intercepts it and sticks an advertisement on the top. 🙂
