dump database with 1 click (non phpmyadmin)

Anybody can show me how to do this :

How to dump MySQL database to file by just click one button (perhaps BACKUP) and then the browser will ask us where we want to save the backup file at.
I know we can do it from phpMyAdmin but It's not easy for client to do that.
