Hello all, I'm new to this board and relatively new to PHP. I have a project that I want to build that will require some help and I'm hoping someone here is interested - so I hope this is the right place to post this kind of thread.
I'm building a portal site along the lines of Stileproject and I need some help on the back-end. What I need is someone to help with the PHP part of it. The site designs are done (and slick as hell), and the build needs to be modular enough so that updates are easy. A few features that I need built:
- Forum (Any PHP forum would be fine)
- Easy to Update (Some kind of control panel?)
- Media Galleries for photos and streams (Anti-Leech)
- Link Manager for sponsors, etc.
- Members Registration/Section
And a few other things. I can handle the front end, the disigns and code are complete for that. The hosting's ready with MySQL/PHP 4.2.3, loads of storage and bandwidth galore. I need someone who's serious and knows PHP very well. Anyone interested? This is a personal project but one that I've already spent a lot of time and money on. I'm hoping there's already tool sets available that already have most of these features built in but I'm really not sure what's out there and what can be done. Someone who knows enough about this stuff that can make suggestions would be really cool. This domain has been running 24/7 for 5+ years and will be up for much longer. I just want to take it to the next level.
