FORM text : do not want to see HTML

Hi,

Here is my problem :

I have a textarea. The user can add html text and then he can submit to an other page for preview. If the person write : "<hr>" I would like to see "<hr>" and not a line (cause "<hr>" in html is a line). How can I do this?
