[Resolved] Using ' ' with " "

$i=1;

$nameh$i=$_POST['nameh$i'];
echo $nameh$i;

What I would like is;
$nameh1=$_POST['nameh1'];
echo $nameh1;//print content of the variable

The question is where to put the ' ' and the " ".
Hope someone out there knows, for me it is confusing. I have tried the combinations but still cannot get it right. Having a headache over this.

You create a string containing the name of the variable, then wrap it in ${...} to turn it into a variable with that name.
