[PHP] Can't uplad file

I am coding a php script uploaded in temporary URL http://hosted.rjfiles.uni.cc/hci/

the problem is, i always got this error message everytime i upload 2.0+ MB

Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet'

Please help me.
