I know that this is not the best place to post this, but I need help!
Hi,
today when I stared up my computer I got an error message saying that windows had corrected some files - but now it will not work. I can use the computer to play games and stuff, but there is a lot of stranges things.
- I can not write mail, I can enter the address and subject - but it's not possible to wite the body of the mail.
- I can't select tekst either in a webpage using IE or in Outlook.
- It's not possible to write things in textboxs on the web - like the google.com search form. If I use Netscape - it works!
- A lot of the icons next to the clock is gone - and so it the arrow to expand the icon line. The wireless network icon is also gone - and that allways use to be there
- If I go to the control panel and open network icon - it opens the network window - but I can't open the status for the wireless connection.
Thats only the problems that I have discoverd so fare!
I have tried:
1. Defragmenting the harddisk.
2. scand for virus
3. run adaware
4. run windows in saftymode
5. disconnect all devices and start the machine
NEED HELP!
The computer was working fine yesterday!
