Yes. If a session is created in browser window 1 and there's additional windows open, the session will remain available in the other windows (assuming it doesn't time out - 0 would mean the time out takes place when the browser (including all windows) has shut down).
I've seen IE for PC do wacky things with sessions depending on how much RAM memory you have and how much of it was being used before you opened a new IE window.
