SQL syntax error

I'm trying to build a chat room using SQL and I continue to get this message. Anyone have any ideas?

from - wrong field name, I think...
Reserved word.

I've check the field name and it is correct. Could it be the way I have my Attributes set?

Try this (Copy&Paste!!!):

INSERT INTO chat_message SET

FROM is a reserved word in SQL, DO NOT use it as a column name.
