starting a business using computer

can anyone suggest what kind of busineeses can be successful using the internet?
I continually get 'spam' in my emails about this and I wonder what would be the best one to try????

None. Don't ever try an start a business that you are getting SPAM advertising for. First off you'd be supporting the idea of SPAM and people would continue to use it. If no one responded to SPAM then SPAM would go away. Second 99% of these emails are scams designed to just take your money and not put you into any kind of business.

There is no difference between starting a business from spam and starting a business because the infomercial said to.

In the 1930s (I think it was) Aleister Crowley advertised in the newspaper (didn't have spam in those days) saying that if you sent him a pound he'd send you plans for a money-making venture you could run from home.

People who sent him a pound got a postcard back with "do what I do" written on the back.

Not mention there would be alot of people that would love to meet you in a dark alley and show you what they thought of your little bussiness idea! :eek:

Ah yes, but if they were stupid enough to fall for that trick, they wouldn't be much good getting me in an alley.

Find the next big fad, and sell it now on EBay, and wherever else you can.

Or, register recently expired domain names, point them at porn sites, and see if you can blackmail the former owners.

But seriously, don't try that last one, or I'll be in the dark alley when you least expect it 😃

Yea, that's just wrong and so very annoying! You go to a site you haven't been to for awhile and see that they have made some major, unpleasant changes... 🙁

IIR who Mr. Crowley is/was, it was, at the very least, wrong in some rather meanspirited way, most likely :eek:

But I'll need to head over to Google to double check that, I expect...
