Has anyone else encountered this? Using Abyss webserver, and PHP 4.3.4, on my home PC, I load a web page, but the progress bar creeps slowly across and takes 30 seconds to complete. In XP's task manager, I can see php.exe sitting there for 30 seconds before it finishes. Of course, Abyss has a 30 second CGI timeout setting.
Now, if I disable Logitech's MouseWare (EM_EXEC.EXE), then this problem goes away. With Mouseware running, the slowdown happens - it is definitely to do with some incompatibility between the two.
I have read on other forums that this happens with Apache and Omnihttpd servers too, but I just wondered whether any of you have a Logitech mouse and whether you get the same problem?
