Well actually, I do not think my post involved a "job". I understand your contract with Dice, requires you to not allow job posting and instead refer such posts to pay the $305 fee and post on Dice.com, in order for PHPBuilder to continue their profitable contract. But actually my post does not fit the description of a job. I did not post a project or a job or even anything with a salary for that matter. Instead I was simply seeking PHP coders who would be interested in helping me with future coding projects. So if you consider that a job, perhaps you should be consistant and edit all posts where someone asks for help with a project.
I'm sorry but I do not agree my post was in the traditional sense a "job". In no way was my post something suitable for posting on Dice, so I don't see the relevance for harm in posting it here.
