mssql.textlimit & server restart

Hi,

I've made a change in the php.ini to set mssql.textlimit & mssql.textsize to 20000 rather than 4096
Just to allow to have bigger text stored in the database

It works ... no problem but only for 24 hours ... after the limit go down again to 4096
If we restart the www service, again it works for 24 hours !

Someone already had this kind of strange things ????

change attributes of php.ini => no right's to write (everyone,guest,system ... etc)

No, the php.ini doesn't change, never just the textlimit in the fact
