I am getting these warnings on the top and the bottom of my message board. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what they mean and how to fix them.

Sorry I didnt even think about the code. But I dont think it will help much.

Ok i can now prove I am learning. I fixed it so it no longer shows any error or warnings.

Well, you want to fix the errors, not hide them. Have you set the session save path in your PHP ini file? If not look for a line in the ini that starts with

session.save_path

Change it so that you have a path to your system temp folder and make sure that folder exists. Ex: C:\Temp

Well I think I fixed them because they no longer show up. All I did was change the lines of code before line 10.

It was

@error_reporting(7);
require "./admin/data.inc.php";
require "./admin/class_db_zugriff.php";
require "./functions.php";
$fctime = 30;

I edited it to where it showed the real path

require "C:\blah\blah\admin_data.inc.php";
require "C:\blah\blah\admin\class_db_zugriff.php";
require "C:\blah\blah_functions.php";
$fctime = 30;

But If that only hide the errors then I will try it your way tonight when I get off of work.

I'd suggest using error_reporting(E_ALL) and fixing any warnings as they occur.

That error_reporting(E_ALL) might be useful is it easy to put in or is it going to take me awhile to learn how to put that in? Where would you put that in at to record the errors?
