[Resolved] form submit button "dead"

i'm having problems with a form.

it's a long form, but pretty straight forward. i have triple checked that there are no extra <form> tags any place. i have nice clean <form>, submit button, </form> tags in place and there's nothing real special going on.

but for some reason, clicking the form button gives no action. it was working yesterday. my only changes have been making the form slightly bigger.

any idea what the usual culprits might be that can kill the submit button?

i'm starting to tear my hair out.

i fixed the problem by switching from GET to POST.

apparently there is a maximum number of fields using GET.

I suppose it still could be a typo ... have you gone through the (horrible) standard procedure of starting again, adding elements bit by bit, checking each time that it works.

If you're still stuck ... post up the form and we can have a look as well.

thanks paulnaj, but i solved by making the switch above. thankfully it was that easy.
