Hello, can anyone recommend a reasonably priced tool for querying Oracle DBs and creating reports. In particular, I'm looking for something with a GUI that allows for writing and saving queries, formatting the report output, etc.

I use the QLR Manager for MySQL. It now works with Oracle as well.
The big difference between it and TOra is that the QLR Manager is a php based server side only tool. So, there are no client side dependencies; nothing to install on the client. You can access your data from anywhere, from any machine with a decent browser.
