hello ... pleas help Image Resize code wanted

I need a function that resize image to two files and copy it the same folder one will be image.jpg the other is thumb_image.jpg

the image will be resized with it's Aspect ratio not more 300pixel for bouth wedth and hight .... but the must thing is about the thumb .. it should be exactly 150x100 and with out changed aspect ration (resize it and crop it)...

any one want to help with such code ... i'm mking a news site for my school ... thank you all :-)

function  ResizeImage($imgfile,$des)

the function will take the image file and the destnation as input

yes I have GD2 in the server ... but how the code all will be ...

every time i write the function it's not work !!!!
