hebrew chars in Mail 'from: xxx' 'title: xxx'

Does anybody know how can I allow the MAIL() header param
contain hebrew characters, without php messing them up ?

When the email is received I get only: "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX"
as both Title & From.

!?
