What Other PHP editors are out there with tag templates?

I'm a php beginner and I'm using Dreamweaver for my PHP. I like to use menu choices that can produce tag templates (to help write the code for you). It seems that dwmx has just a few for php.

I was wondering what other PHP editors are out there that can supply this type of tag templates (so easy to learn with...) ... to help get me started.

i use zend, from http://www.zend.com/

its written by the two guys who wrote PHP 3.0, the first serious version of the modern php. on the site, download zend studio - it comes with a server (which installs php and apache if not present) and an IDE, which is great. Although it is not shown as free on the site, after 21 days the product will revert to personal edition and you will use a few (unneeded by me!) advanced functions, such as CVS, ftp and block indent.

it has tag templates (more commonly known as inline completion, i think) and much more, and is essentially free.
