There's a buncha ways to do it. First, PDFlib. It's semi-commercial though. A fairly popular way is by using FPDF. But I know I've also seen some classes on phpClasses

I had some questions about pdf's and php and did a search on these forums. I suggest you try that as well. There are is a lot of information already sitting on the forums.

FPDF is very easy to use, I highly recommend it! Really really great tool for reporting and its free to use commercialy, ....Also because its an external class rather then a library, you can run it on any webserver reguardless of how much of a security freak your webhost is.
