Is there any way to register .php pages in search engines like google.com altavista.com etc. Can I register my .php pages in search engines without any change in Meta tags?
Is there any special way to write Meta tag in .php pages? Please suggest me.

as long as your php pages output valid html, search engines will search them just the same, including meta tags etc etc

some search engines you have to fill in a form to have your site indexed, some will crawl to your site on their own, some will do both

As for as i know there is other way’s to register .php pages in search engines, isn’t it??? I need some tutorial or any link so that I can confirm that technology has changed and there is no need to write other way Meta tag in .php pages or other registration methods,in order to list my site in search engines.

php outputs code to a format that you, the coder, specify. Therefore if you output to a browser you are outputting html, and when the search engine indexes your site, it too will see html (not php).
