submit form by pressing enter(without pressing submit button)

Hi,

you know that when you press enter when you are in a text field in form, form will send.
I have a form with one text field, when I press enter on it form doesn't send.
But when it has more than one text fiield, sebmits by pressing enter.

why? how can I submit a form that has only one text field by pressing enter on that text field?

that is browser-specific and unreliable. you should still have a submit button.

there is nothing in html standards that says hitting enter has to submit a form.

question, this textfield, is in an input or a textarea?
