$_server["php_self"]

I've got alot of references to this, but they don't (quite) seem to work when i have Get data on the page...

ie, if my current page is test.php?id=XYZ&code=321 the php_self will direct to test.php without any of the get data in the URL... anything I'm doing wrong here?

$SERVER['PHP_SELF'] refers to the page, not the data, so this is normal.
Do a print_r($SERVER) and you'll see many other options for getting that data, such as $_SERVER['argv']
