regexp problem

I am writing a little screen scraper to pull converted currecny values from a site.

I need to be able to pull out the value contained withing the following

<a href="/d/GBP/USD/graph120.html">VALUE HERE</a>

this is somewhere within a file I have open with a fopen.

The value is in the format of a multi-digit number with two decimal places.

If anyone can come up with a regexp to sort this out for me I would be very greatful. Its friday afternoon and I want to go home 😃

he doesn't give the exact prce you are looking for (though some of his examples are close), but more importantly, he gives you the knowledge to create it on your own
