It seems like all is working like it should, but \n isn't getting me to the next line, the same thing with \t ....nothing happens when I use them🙁 Could someone tell me why is that so?
if they are simply showing up as \n and \t instead of linebreak and tabstop, check if you put them in singlequotes*, and change it to doublequotes.
I use doublequotes but really nothing happens...IF i write for example echo("one\ntwo\nthree"); In the end I get "one two three" in a single line...
That is why nl2br() exists. If you view the source of the page, you'll see the newlines in place. To have it display on the page, you need <br />'s
