Is there anyway that I can open up a website or go to a url without actually seeing it.
For example:
Lets say i have a linking service and people can vote for a site. When they click vote I want it to vote on another website but all I want to display on that page is thank you for vooting. The way I am doing it right now is opening up a window and they have to manually click vote. Is there some function that i can use to open a url within the window without seeing it. In macromedia flash there is get url which loads a url without seeing it, thats what im trying to accomplish in php.
