i wasn't thinking when i said that...substr wouldn't match anything up...i need .php files...
actually, if i simply use...
$filename = preg_match("/php/i", $filename);
when it prints out all i get is 1's and 0's...
it's clear it's printing out some kind of true and false scenarios, but how do i get just the filenames instead? well, i am printing the filenames and i'm still getting 1's and 0's...hmmm...v
