Can anyone point me in the right direction with regard to editing existing PDF files in PHP? All I can find are tutorials that teach how to generate PDF files. I want to do the following...
My client, a hospital, wants to provide online referrals for physicians. Departments participating all have a referral form in PDF format. It is my intention to have physicians complete ordinary HTML forms, then have a script that will insert this data into the existing PDF form, then e-mail the populated PDF form to the department in question so they can print immediately.
The forms often have a different appearance etc, so I don't want to have to recreate each form in PHP. All I want to do is add form fields to the PDF form, and transfer submitted data to the form.
Does anyone know about any tutorials that might help me?
