Copy file

Hello,

I have this little script:
$file1 = "images/d/gb_6.jpg";
$file2 = "images/g/gb_6.jpg";

 $a =copy ($file1,$file2);
 echo "Done. $a";

I get true value, without any error message, but the file was not copy to the new directory.

Any ideas?

How are you checking if $a is TRUE? Echoing it will show nothing whether it's true or false.
Also, would be possible to use absolute paths?

This is what I get with absolute url:
Warning: copy(http://www.????.net/images/g/gb_6.jpg): failed to open stream: HTTP wrapper does not support writeable connections

Do you have write permissions set on your directory? - the folder you are trying to write to?
