I am using this to get the current day of the week and time.

$today = getdate();
print_r("".$today['weekday']." ".$today['hours'].":".$today['minutes']."");
?>
However, does anyone know of an easy way for it to print the time of the day in standard time as opposed to military time (7:00 PM instead of 19:00)? I also want it to print AM or PM.
