I am running IIS on my computer for dev. But I just want it so I can access it. Right now my computer is acting as a web server, like if anyone typed my IP(well not right now, I shutdown the server) they would be able to see everything in my web dir! My ISP used to block this from happening, but recently another company took over them and they don't seem to do that. I am running McAfee Guardian 3, anyone know how I could stop other people from viewing stuff in my web dir but still let me? Or am I going to need a hardware firewall? 😕
