A project bid came in for someone to build a thumbnail-generating snapshot PHP solution to capture snapshots of URLs and convert to thumbnail.
I found this incredible class on www.phpclasses.org called SnapShot which would completely suit my needs to produce a mockup for the bid proposal, however, it requires a back-end .exe file that is purchase-only. I do not wish to purchase something to bid on a project whose winning max bid is probably less than the licensing purchase of the back-end .exe utility.
Is there an all-free solution out there that anyone knows about that I can use to simply take snapshots of URLs to demonstrate that it can be done entirely as a PHP-based solution?
