Hi I uploaded and set the permissions(and rechecked) but when I load admin.php to start the setup I get

From what I can see, it can't find mysql.php or db.php even though it was there! :lol:
I even tried using those test scripts and the only error I received was about deleting the mailattach.php, after that no errors.
Does anyone have a clue as to what would cause this?
