tracking users IP and page viewing

Hi... I have a simple question. I have started a website and I would like to know how to track visitor's IP address and what and which pages they have viewed.

If anyone can simply point me a place in this forum or in PHP manual so I can start reading, I'll greatly appreciate it. I am lost in the sea of document....

Have a look at this set:

   $currentip = sprintf("%u",ip2long($_SERVER[REMOTE_ADDR]));
   $host = gethostbyaddr($_SERVER[REMOTE_ADDR]);
   $refer =  $_SERVER[HTTP_REFERER];
