I don't know if you could really do that. You would need to encript your source to other users so that they couldn't just get the link. But I think i've seen a code before. Try looking at dynamicdrive for DHTML scripts. I don't know if PHP specifically can do that? Anyone else?
PHP can't. It's not running on the person's client machine.
Ultimately, if they can see it, they can copy it. Any protection you can try can be circumvented by anyone determined enough.

Yeah, I just remembered about the browser cache, but you don't necessarily need to be determined.
