Problems with PDF

Hello 🙂

I've got some serious problems width PHP and PDF.
My server contains a number of PDF files, and i want to merge some of them with PHP. I have been searching some places, but i can't find any solution. I guess it's not that simple, to merge 2 pdf files to 1?? but what do i do then? any suggestions? it would be alright to open the PDF's as images, but i guess thats not possible either?.

Originally i got some microsoft DOC files, that i convert to PDF. I think its the best way, because if i save as html directly from word, then the possition of the elements messes up.

With pdflib you can create pdf files, and with pdi you can open pdf files and ad things with pdflib (like merging pdfs)

the problem is the licensing system of pdflib.

hi hiroh2k: looks like its possible with PDI, but i really don't want to pay 900$ just to be able to append/merge some PDF files.
