how to use lightpen in php application

My project is based on Php and Mysql.In my project i have to make the site for Personnel and Administration department.In which i have to place on-line form in php and this are to be taken by each employee from there computer itself.They will fill the form on-line and submit to their officer.....One problem is that how officer would sign this on-line form.This is a query for me.Our guide have advice us to store the signature through Light-Pen.

maybe u can use acrobat to sign documents - i think there's no easy solution to access Light-Pen (i assume u wanna use a graphical signature?!) from php - however, the new pdf version supports digital signatures with graphical representation (i.e. you see your officer's signature and acrobat can validate the digital signature etc.) maybe u check out adobe.com for further information.
