This is just a general question about PHP code, if I can get a script to run correctly on say two different computers. That would mean that the code works and any problems that incur are probably caused by a persons cookie settings or firewall settings?

I ask since most problems I've been having everything seems to work for me but on someone else's computer something isn't displaying correctly.

If it doesn't show up right on some clients, it's usually a compatibility problem with the clients browser. Though, the code you use should try to be as compatible as possible with most browsers, and should be coded as though it could be moved between diferent servers/OS's/configurations and still work. Meaning standard things like: Always code like register_globals is off; Use full open tags instead of short ones and so forth.
