rounding

I am adding numbers up and puting them in to a value what i need to do is round that value. well here it will just help to show you

$value= 234.545 + 787.4545;

and value would = 244332.4545

but i need value to be rounded as it it were money does any one know how to do this with php?

Just read the manual pages. It explains each one there.

ok i need to round the value after it has all ready been put in to a variable

ok, so

$value   = 234.545 + 787.4545;
$rounded = round($value,2);
