Form action redirects to index instead of included page

Hi guys - and Happy New Year to begin with 😉

I have a page which is included into index in respect to lang variable:

index.php?lang=hr&page=kontakt

The mentioned kontakt.php page has the following form (just a start tag I think this is where the problem is):

<form name="kontakt" method="post" action=" <?php echo $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] ?>"> 

Now when the form gets submitted it goes to index.php?lang=hr&page=start instead of the above mentioned index.php?lang=hr&page=kontakt

What did I do wrong? How do I set the proper form action here?

Is index.php?lang=hr&page=start the default on that page? PHP_SELF gives the basename without the arguements. Check the $_SERVER array for how to get those arguements.
