Recognize the url?

Is it possible to recognize the url of the site?

Thanks but the only one I find that make sense is REQUEST_URI.

Is there another variable I should consider?

before i help you further, what do you need the url for and where would the url be from, all on your site, etc...

I have build the site as many people with different files, like "header.php", "body.php" and "footer.php".

By looking at the url (which side I'm loading) I can set the proper title for the site. The title should than be different for different pages!

I guess that SCRIPT_URI is even beter then?

Still not sure exactly what you are doing, but...

if not one of those on the list i sent you do won't do it, a combination of them will work together...
